  • Confirm with our Dispatcher

    On the same day as your appointment, our Dispatcher will reach out to you to confirm appointment time, location, and assign you a collection specialist.

  • The Visit

    Once you have been assigned a collection specialist, they will reach out to you with their estimated time of arrival, updates, and notice of arrival. When they arrive, you will be swabbed for both a PCR and a Rapid test, and you will have a quick 3-5 min telehealth visit with a licensed provider.
